The LC stem for cemented implants is characterized by a rectangular cross-section with blunted and rounded off edges and a self-centering design. The LC cemented stem, in junction with the PSF Duofit uncemented cup, proved to be the most reliable prosthetic combination in the market, as it is shown by the data from the Italian RIPO registry.
